River dropping but still much too much water on for most beats.  A slim chance up above Newbridge if anything has got there yet of course.Wouldn't bet on it.


A few volunteers cleared out the Nant Gwyn smolt pond of weed last Sunday prior to the fish being  released shortly.
It was good to see so many nice fish, very fit and active all over the pond which they obviously find to their liking.
