With the lock down now in place I can see nothing on the WUF website restricting anglers and some have it seems been fishing on their Rectory and Gromaine beats.  No mention of the virus whatsoever
At the very least visiting anglers should be banned.  I have some sympathy that local anglers who have easy access and could be restricted to one angler per beat should not be allowed to fish and affect no one whatsoever.   However angling is being banned all over the country and I fail to see why Wye anglers should be treated differently. Under the present circumstances everyone needs to show a united front difficult and disapointing though that may be.,

Cash is a secondary issue at the present time surely.   Do the right thing just for once WUF
