See below.   Makes you wonder how salmon ever managed to reach the headwaters to spawn.   Seems they no longer have to leap anything anymore.   Despite claim that 800km of habitat has been opened  since 1972 ( I presume the then bailiffs (remember them) supplied that earlier information the rod catch plummets to a new low.   Something seriously wrong there somewhere don't you think.
