Nothing new. Real anger throughout Wales regarding the new ridiculous byelaws. Question is just what can be done and by whom. No leadership on this river or the Usk whatsoever. Not surprised about WUF but one would have thought the Wye Conservators should be worried - oh sorry they are WUF.
