Apart from the odd shower on Friday perhaps, the outlook looks set fair for some time ahead.  Bad news for mid and upstream anglers who are on a hiding to nothing really, though I see some are still paying to fish virtually empty beats??  Possibly an algae situation too.   A few fresh coming in downstream , as they damn well should but they are unlikely to get too far in reality.

I see the Usk incident is under investigation but you can bet there will be no action by the Authorities as they suggest 'no harm was done -no fish kills'    Not really the point though is it is it?
WAG gives no one any confidence, many position seem filled by overweight, middle aged Grannies - not that they might not be just as competent as anyone else I hasten to add.
