Still dropping only slowly but with increasingly good clarity on beats above the Lugg but still plenty of water for most.    Fish should be well spread out which , if they are in only small numbers, could make them difficult to find.  None reported so far.

Makes interesting reading.   How the hell they can justify this sort of spend to push through a few byelaw's beggars belief.  add on the vat and it's 420,000.  Result is due mid May and will,no doubt be the outcome they first wanted anyway.   A reckless waste of money.

If this is how they spend our licence money than I have doubts whether I shall bother with one this year.  Not likely to see a Bailiff am I?
