Still plenty of water around with no chance to assess spawning activity which may well be all but over now though there are always a few late ones.  What happened to the blue backs I wonder?

Looking at the WUF passport seems that anglers are not really getting a fair deal.  No price reductions with up to £45 per day for beats with a rod catch of less than 10  last season and even less in some cases.  Would be really interesting to see what the CPU is which might give anglers a better idea of value for money
No wash off on some beats either so your £85 booking at Wyesham for instance could easily go down the drain.  Not really acceptable in my book in this day and age, it's not the Tweed or the Spey after all is it!
