A somehwat better day yesterday as a batch of fish at last moved into the lower beats as once should expect this time of year.  Seems likely that fish will not get too far upriver as recent rain has had little effect so far and levels are still very low on the upper river which has hardly been affected by any rainfall though around the Erwood area and downstream a few inches were showing.  Signs too that the lower river was starting to colour somewhat.

At Redbrook Simon Mclucas added further fish to his days total with others of 10.13 and 16lbs on fly from the Rapids.
Another 10lb fish was reported from Wyesham???

There were three from Upper Bigswier and 4 lost I undestand.
"Two 16 and 11lbs from the Cockpit and Triangles to owner David Reville on a f/c
and 12lbs to John Stannard, also on a f/c.

LATEST.

Nothing reported today so far today -rather strange!
