Well we are on the way down again as levels fall slowly and this time it looks as though we may be nearing the end of the rain with the second half of the month perhaps warm and dry.  River is clearing well around Builth and above and would be fishable today and especially tomorrow and thereafter, though it's still not a good colour around the Hay on Wye area by any means.

Still no news from NRW or the WAG about and new byelaws. Perhaps they have chickened out though I rather doubt it.
