Some controversial views on the Salmon fishing forum I see re the Mott appeal..
Our old 'friend' Rigsby not only agrees with Mott winning his appeal  but apparently he even rings him up to congratulate him.  Some strange logic being applied here, or not as the case may be.
Question is will he go back to unrestricted catches. Can't see that but just who will benefit if he does.  Not the river for sure -never mind the protected Shad!!!
