A little more rain in the hills last night with around a foot of extra water at Rhayader which will make its way down.  A little from the Irfon too.
Should keep things ticking over and with the Autumn approaching the resident fish, especially the cock fish will no doubt come on the take and a few big 'crocodiles' will grace the bank if thats what floats your boat.

Strange too how when the river becomes fly only those spinning aficionados suddenly start catching fish on the fly.

RECENT FISH
Wyesham Mike Timmis 10 and 3lbs Sunray
Nyth 10lbs on ally's shrimp/ ?
Llangoed. 8 and 20lbs to dennis Cotter on a single hook Logie
Wyesham  6lbs to Joe Cobley on a Sunray

Was sent video of raw sewage entering the Wye at Hay on Wye today,  Can't seem to get it to play.
Perfectly legal though if the sewage works gets overloaded by storms for instance  - we did have some drizzle!!.
What with run off, slurry spraying, phosphates, acidity it all goes well with the claims of improved water quality.
