Well the rain, such as it was came and went.  Just a few inches on the upper river which will do nothing for fish movement but will help drop temperatures for a while at least and help to clear the algae perhaps, again for a while.  Outlook looks dry for some time ahead so conditions will be difficult to say the least.

Last few weeks reports of Eastern Europeans poaching on some beats.  Hereford area, Whitney and probably on some of the remote lesser fished beats up and down the river.
