No change in river levels apart from a small drop with still no rain for the upper catchment. Still it;'s now much cooler and some fish are being caught again with the algae much better.,.

Two fish from Ingeston   Tim Bevan 12lbs and Peter Hickman 13lb cascade fly.

Two fish lost at the Nyth today.  Pictue of Tess David into a fish of about 9lb in the fast neck of Jack Dunn. Lost after five minutes or so when it found a ledge and clipped through the cast. Commiserations but it happens.
