I think we have to accept the fact that things are not likely to change much for a couple of weeks with no real rain in sight. A spit or two on Friday perhaps but that/'s about it. Could be a long low water summer with only the lower river likely to see much action especially if much cooler temperatures arrive, the algae clears and some of the fish come back on the take. They could then perhaps have a a good time.

The link below is worth a look. Norway pledges to have no more open sea cages due to an inability to control the sea lice problems. What a surprise. I just wonder if the big Norwegian companies operating abroad and in Scotland will do the decent thing too I doubt it somehow but the time will come when the dirty industry puts its own house in order. Governments don't seem to want to and only financial considerations will it seems.
