Another nice day ahead with conditions super though it looks now as though the upper river may not get any more fish other than those that may already be holed up there somewhere.
Attention has to switch to the middle and increasingly the lower river to perhaps provide some more fish. With plenty of anglers out it could/should be a reasonably productive weekend!
River falling quickly now with no longer a contribution from the Elan valley Dams. Need some rain up here asap.!!!
Three fish today from Ingeston. two to Keith Gabriel on fly,. a conehead Cascade variant 18 and 12lbs.- latter a little coloured.
28lb to Nick Sayer on a rapala a good.fresh fish. Hope to have a photo soon.
A few fish being seen. No kelts seem to have been reported from anywhere this year.
