Not a lot of rain locally it seemed but obviously the upper catchment once again received enough to get the Elan Dams, main Wye, Ithon and Irfon all on the rise.  Looks unlikely to be too dramatic but just delay things a little longer, that's without any more rain of course.

Congratulations to young Thomas MacDonald-Ames on the big pike from his local stretch of the Wye above Glasbury. Weight unknown but looks thirty plus and approx 48"  in length..

Get you dad to clean the boat out Thomas -spoils the picture somewhat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
