Conditions continue to improve and one would expect a fish this weekend.  Lets just hope its not like last years first which on the salmon fishing forums was given a right stuffing,especially by the Scots who know a kipper when they see one.

Had several reports of price increases on some beats and it seems WUF are encouraging owners to hike up the prices. Whose interests do they have in mind -apparently the owners and not the anglers thats for sure.  Have a look at  www.wyesalmon.com. for information on free fishing and lots more.

Big three Scottish rivers are not setting the world on fire, especially the Tweed. I'm sure we will outstrip one or two of these once we get going.
